Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of you placing the order, depending on your location and the fastest available service. The typical delivery time frame is between 7 to 10 business days and the typical delivery time of the USA is between 9 to 12 days however, you may receive your items much earlier. All orders are shipped with a tracking number so you can track it every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.

Return & Refund Policy

At Line of Judah, we strive to honor our customers by allowing them to return our product if it does not adhere to our customer's liking. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

 

To start a return, you can contact us at Lineofjudahclothing@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. please provide photos in the email if possible.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Wrong Address 

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
